Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 500 Grams Spaghetti
- 500 Grams of frozen seafood
- 150 Grams of shallots/li>
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 150 Milliliters of white wine
- Salt
- Freshly grounded black pepper
- ½ Bunch of parsley
- 40 Grams Parmesan
Preparation:
Thaw Seafood for approx. 2 hours and pat them dry.
Cook spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Remove 100 ml of the cooking water and strain the pasta cover them and set aside.
Peel and chop the shallots and garlic. Heat up oil in a pan, add and sauté the shallots and garlic. Add the frutti di mare briefly sauté and pour in the white wine and let everything shortly simmer.
Wash the parsley, pat them dry, pluck off the leaves and chop them. Grate the Parmesan coarsely.
Mix the noodles, pasta water, seafood and parsley in a pan and briefly bring it to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
