Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 120 grams of green grapes (seedless)
- 120 grams of black grapes (seedless)
- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 1 organic orange
- 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds
- 250 grams of mascarpone
- 200 grams of vanilla yogurt
Preparation…
Wash the orange under hot water and pat dry. Rub orange finely, peel with a grater and squeeze it with a lemon juicer. Wash and cut grapes in halves. Mix it with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, orange zest and 4 tablespoons of orange juice and let it rest for about 10 – 15 minutes. Add the chopped almonds into a pan and brown them without adding oil, afterwards lift them out of the pan and let them cool down on a plate.
Mix the mascarpone, vanilla yogurt, 3 tablespoons orange juice and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. Spread the mix in small bowls. Add the grapes on top of the cream and serve sprinkled with chopped almonds.
