  • 2 tbs. light sesame seeds

  • Surimi (6 sticks)
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • ¼ Ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Nori leafs
  • 250 Grams of cooked sushi rice
  • 2 tbs. mayonnaise

Preparation…

Shortly roast the light and dark sesame seeds in a pan without fat. Place the seeds on a plate and let them cool down.

Cut the Surimi sticks lengthwise. Wash and peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into thin strips.

Peel the avocado and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Add lemon juice on top of the Avocado slices.

Place the sushi rolling mat in a plastic bag, which has the right size. Lay down a nori leaf with the smooth side facing down. Place the sushi rice on the leaf with damp hands and press it down. Turn round the nori leaf that the rice is place on the foil. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on the lower third of the nori leaf as well as half of the other ingredients and roll up the sushi mat. Do the same for the second role.

Roll the sushi rolls in sesame seeds and cut them into 6 equal pieces and serve them.
