Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 125 grams of butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 250 milliliters of milk
Instructions:
Beat room-tempered butter in a large mixing bowl until fluffy for about 1 minute. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and 3 eggs and mix well with the help of a blender/food processor. Mix flour with baking powder. Alternately stir in flour and milk to the batter while mixing.
Spread butter on the preheated waffle iron. Give 2 – 3 tablespoons of the batter in the middle of the waffle iron and bake until ready. Allow waffles to cool on a wire rack separately.
